He plans to bottle in February, without fining or filtration. Brouin's view is that 2000 is similar to 1992 whereas 2001 is a hypothetical blend of 1995 and 1998. I also had the opportunity to reexamine the Domaine's 1999s and while the Morey \"1er\" has tightened up, it otherwise showed almost exactly the same as one year ago.
