A riper yet more elegant nose reflects notes of white flowers, pear and oyster shell plus an interesting hint of mint. The succulent, round and caressing medium-bodied flavors possess a lovely, even seductive, texture while delivering good depth and persistence on the slightly fruity finish. I suspect that the fruitiness will progressively dissipate with a few years of cellaring while adding more depth. Burghound 91 Outstanding!
