2018 Servin Chablis "Les Pargues"

A more elegant and more complex nose is comprised by notes of mineral reduction, sea breeze white peach and a whisper of acacia. The delicious, plush and solidly dense medium weight flavors exude a subtle minerality on the clean and dry finish that exhibits very fine length. This is perhaps not quite as vibrant as the first two wines but there is more here. Worth checking out. Burghound 89
