The dense, serious and well-muscled big-bodied flavors possess good minerality as well as plenty of sappy dry extract before terminating in a very firm and somewhat rustic and austere finale. Erwan Faiveley notes that this northeast-facing plot was favored by the dry, warm weather in 2015.”
