2010 Fevre Chablis (Domaine)

Ive had a chance to taste this wine several times - Im more impressed every time I taste it.  Its got zippy acidity but at the same time plenty of stuffing.  It drinks way over its head.  This wine packs a punch - especially at this price.  This is the kind of wine you keep multiple bottles of in the fridge!  Vins Rare 90 Points.

By John Gilman View From the Cellar, Nov/Dec 2011, Issue #36, The 2010 Burgundy Vintage: Low Yields Deliver Profound Elegance (11/1/2011) (Chablis- Domaine William Fèvre) The estate Chablis AC had been bottled in June and was nicely recovered from its mise at the time of my November visit. The wine offers up a really vibrant bouquet of lemon, lime, beautiful, chalky soil tones and plenty of white flowers in the upper register. On the palate the wine is deep, fullish and racy, with a very fine core of fruit, lovely structural tension, and excellent length and grip on the soil-driven finish. A lovely AC. 89 points
