Ive had a chance to taste this wine several times - Im more impressed every time I taste it. Its got zippy acidity but at the same time plenty of stuffing. It drinks way over its head. This wine packs a punch - especially at this price. This is the kind of wine you keep multiple bottles of in the fridge! Vins Rare 90 Points.By Allen Meadows Burghound, 10/1/2011, Issue #44 (10/1/2011) (Domaine William Fèvre Chablis (Domaine) Villages White) This also brims with classic Chablis character with a wonderfully fresh and exuberant nose of floral, sea breeze and mineral reduction notes that introduce richer and more concentrated middle weight flavors that also possess a bit more complexity on the energetic finish. This is really lovely for its level and because of the ample dry extract it will be approachable young or age well too if desired. The wine offers up a really vibrant bouquet of lemon, lime, beautiful, chalky soil tones and plenty of white flowers in the upper register. On the palate the wine is deep, fullish and racy, with a very fine core of fruit, lovely structural tension, and excellent length and grip on the soil-driven finish. A lovely AC. 89 points
