2014 Fevre Chablis Mont de Milieu (Domaine)

The hallmark exotic aromas are present together with a plethora of typical Chablis aromas. There is excellent size, weight and volume to the solid well-concentrated flavors that coat the palate with dry extract that serves to help buffer the moderately firm acid spine on the citrusy, mineral-inflected and notably dry finish.
