2011 Billaud Simon Chablis 1er Fourchaume

While not quite as elegant as the Vaillons this evidences even more Chablis character with an expressive nose of green fruit, mineral reduction and saltwater notes. There is excellent concentration to the relatively powerful medium weight flavors that possess impressive complexity on the lingering and mouth coating finish. This is really very good. Burghound 90-92 Outstanding!
